Yesterday was a pretty rubbish day with the horses, helped out only by the winner of the Scottish Grand National. Then after a crap week with the football, it was the football that bailed me out with maintaining my bank levels. Local side Dunfermline done well, the kids never stopped running, and it is evident that they are giving their all to maintain the clubs current status.
Grand Prix from Bahrain today, and again I'm backing the Ferrari for the spoils, expect the Mercedes to become swamped when their rear tyres give out, the Red Bull should start well but some concerns on the long straights with the head winds, the Lotus should be around for two thirds of the race. Ferrari have split their strategy and all being well Massa will be riding shotgun to Alonso. Value could be Massa to win the GP.
Looking forward to the football with Chelsea up at Liverpool, both sides needing the points,should be a good game. with the horses, look out for Bright Abbey and Bertie Boru at Wincanton .
